Karachi: The first partial solar eclipse of this year 2025 will be tomorrow.
According to the Meteorological Department Climate Data Processing Center, the solar eclipse will begin tomorrow March 29 at 1:51pm Pakistan time. It will reach its peak at 3:47pm, and end at 5:44pm.
According to the Meteorological Department, this solar eclipse will not be visible in Pakistan, but in some parts of Europe, North Asia, North America, and Africa.
It is pertinent to note that the second solar eclipse of this year will be on September 21-22, which will not be visible in Pakistan.
When does a solar eclipse occur?
A solar eclipse on Earth occurs when the moon comes between the sun and the earth during its rotation, after which some or all of the sun is not visible from the earth.
The distance between the Sun and the Moon is 400 times greater than the distance between the Moon and the Earth, so a solar eclipse is not visible from Earth, and it is not necessarily visible from the entire world.
