China announced 34pc retaliatory tariff on American products


Washington: The 104 percent trade tariff imposed by the US President on China has come into effect.
According to a foreign news agency, the 104 percent tariff imposed by the US President on China in response to the Chinese tariff has come into effect today.
According to the report, the US President imposed a 10 percent duty tax on Chinese imports in February and March. On the additional US tariffs, China announced a 34 percent retaliatory tariff on American products on April 10. After which Trump imposed an additional 50 percent tariff on China upon the announcement of the retaliatory tariff.
With the additional 50 percent tariff imposed by the US, the total tariffs on Chinese products have now reached 104 percent.
