Weather in Karachi will remain hot and humid during next 24 hours


Karachi/Peshawar: Intermittent strong winds are likely to blow in Karachi today.
According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in the city will remain hot and humid during the next 24 hours.
The Meteorological Department said that along with the hot weather, intermittent strong winds may also blow in the city today and sea winds are blowing at a speed of 8 kilometers per hour.
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature in the city today is likely to be between 36 and 38 degrees Celsius and the humidity in the air is 71 percent.
On the other hand, wind and rain have been predicted in the areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Battagram, Buner, Kurram, Bajaur, and Mohmand today as well.
Yesterday, several cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Bajaur, Mardan, Malakand, Lower Dir, Mansehra, Khyber, Swat, and Kohat received heavy rains.
A vehicle was swept away in a flash flood in the Khyber district while an FC personnel was killed by lightning.
Meanwhile, a flash flood coming from the mountains in Battagram swept away several motorcycles, and the heavy rains also damaged gardens and crops.
