70 percent of pilgrims will be sent to Arafat by train


Karachi: Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Yousaf says that good arrangements have been made for the pilgrims, and efforts are being made to provide the best facilities and information to the pilgrims.
Sardar Yousaf, while talking to the media at the Haji Camp, said that the biggest goal is to provide facilities and information to the pilgrims, good accommodation arrangements have been made in Saudi Arabia.
He stated that the zones designated for the pilgrims have good facilities, and air-conditioned tents have been set up due to the intense heat on the occasion of Hajj. Earlier, goods were kept downstairs in these tents, now, there will be a roof for the goods.
The Federal Minister added that a good transport system has also been made for the pilgrims, and 70 percent of them will be sent to Arafat by train.
He further said that this year, 89,000 pilgrims will perform Hajj under the government scheme. This time, the cheapest and best arrangements were made compared to 2013 to 2018.
