Weather likely to remain hot, humid in Karachi today

Karachi: The weather in Karachi is expected to be partly cloudy today, but it will remain hot and humid. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature may reach 36 degrees Celsius during the day, but the intensity of the heat will be felt at more than 42 degrees.

The Meteorological Department says that the current temperature in Karachi is 30 degrees Celsius, while the intensity of the heat is felt up to 35 degrees Celsius.

The humidity ratio in the air in the city is 74 percent, due to which the intensity of the humidity and heat is expected to increase. The Meteorological Department has directed citizens to avoid unnecessary exposure to the sun and to use more water.
