‘Just as we defeated India in war, we will also defeat it in terrorism’

Islamabad: Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar has said that the cowardly enemy targeted schoolchildren because it lacks the strength to succeed in conventional warfare.
Speaking during a session of the National Assembly, Atta Tarar stated that the enemy is attempting to incite terrorism in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with the support of the Khawarij.
He added that the cowardly enemy attacked schoolchildren, as it does not have the strength or courage to achieve success in traditional war, where it has already suffered a crushing defeat.
On this occasion, PPP leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that India, by attacking children, has violated the principles of warfare. He added, “Just as we defeated India in war, we will also defeat it in terrorism.”
PPP Member of the National Assembly Shazia Marri termed the school bus attack as tragic and said, “We must stand united against terrorism just as we do in war. If anyone remains silent against terrorism, they are helping fulfill the enemy's agenda.”
Federal Minister Tariq Fazal Chaudhry also condemned the targeting of innocent children, expressing the firm resolve that terrorists will be dealt with an iron hand.
