Pakistan desires peace in Afghanistan to improve its regional connectivity: Fawad
Tashkhent: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that Pakistan desires peace in Afghanistan to improve its regional connectivity.
While speaking at the international conference being held in Tashkhent, he said that heads of state and foreign ministers from different countries have gathered in Tashkhent to discuss ways to enhance regional trade and economy.
He further said that over sixty countries are participating in the conference.
Referring to Afghan peace process, Fawad said that Pakistan is all up for stability in the neighboring country as peace in Afghanistan is imperative for regional connectivity and linkage to the Central Asia.
He added that Prime Minister Imran Khan's efforts for the purpose continue, which will succeed.
