Hateful statements of head of nuclear state are regrettable, dangerous trend: FO spokesperson

Islamabad: Pakistan has termed Modi's statement in Gujarat as an election campaign theater.
Reacting strongly to Modi's statement, the Foreign Office spokesperson said that if India is concerned about extremism, it should focus on Hindutva and anti-minority sentiments at home. India is making statements to cover up human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.
The spokesperson stated that the hateful statements of the head of a nuclear state are a regrettable and dangerous trend. India's increasing war narrative is a serious threat to regional peace and stability, but Pakistan will give a befitting reply to any threat.
It is pertinent to note that Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Gujarat yesterday, said that the people of Pakistan will have to come forward to rid Pakistan of terrorism. Live a happy life, eat bread, otherwise I will shoot you.
