First of Dhul-Hijjah will fall on May 29, and Eid-ul-Adha will be celebrated on June 7

(Web Desk): The moon for the Islamic month of Dhul-Hijjah was not sighted in Pakistan, and Eid-ul-Adha will therefore be observed on June 7.
The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee held its meeting in Islamabad, chaired by Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad. He announced that no credible moon sightings were reported from any part of the country. As a result, the first of Dhul-Hijjah will fall on May 29, and Eid-ul-Adha will be celebrated on June 7.
