Restrictions were imposed to protect human lives and property


Lahore: Various restrictions have been imposed in Punjab province under Section 144.
According to an order issued by the Punjab Home Department, pigeon racing, fireworks, drones, the use of laser lights, and the throwing of garbage will be banned. The restrictions will be applicable across the province from June 5 to June 20.
According to the order, this decision was taken to protect human lives and property. Birds are attracted to garbage, which poses a threat to aircraft and passengers.
The Home Department has said in the order that all deputy commissioners should ensure special arrangements for cleanliness in and around airports.
According to the Home Department, the ban will be applicable across Punjab up to 15 kilometers around airports and air bases.
