Encounter with terrorists lasted for about 25 minutes


Lakki Marwat: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Bannu killed three terrorists of a banned organization while conducting an operation within the limits of Lakki City police station.
The spokesman said that the operation was carried out on the Bhatni Nehr Kachi road near the village of Harama Talaa, and the encounter with the terrorists lasted for about 25 minutes.
The spokesman also said that Waseemullah and Qudratullah were among the slain terrorists, and both were residents of Gundi Khan Khel Lakki Marwat.
Officials stated that the slain terrorist Hijratullah alias Hijrat Haram Talaa is a resident of Gambila Lakki Marwat. The three terrorists were involved in the targeted killing of LHC Waheedullah, Traffic Constable Anwar Sher, and Sepoy Idrees.
According to the police spokesman, the three terrorists were wanted in bomb blasts, attacks on police, and other crimes.
