Asif Ali last played an international match for Pakistan in 2023

(Web Desk): Asif Ali, known for his hard-hitting batting style, has officially announced his retirement from international cricket.
In a statement, Asif Ali expressed gratitude, saying, "I want to thank my fans, fellow players, and coaches who supported and encouraged me through all the highs and lows."
He added, "I'm also deeply grateful to my family and friends who stood by me during moments of joy and extreme challenges — especially during the heartbreaking loss of my beloved daughter during the World Cup. Your strength gave me the courage to keep going."
Asif Ali stated that he will continue to play domestic and league cricket, God willing, as his passion for the game remains alive.
Asif Ali represented Pakistan in 21 One Day Internationals and 58 T20 Internationals. He last played an international match for Pakistan in 2023.
