It has refused to disarm, saying that it is possible only when Palestinian state is established

Gaza: The Palestinian resistance organization Hamas has expressed its readiness for a comprehensive Gaza agreement.
According to Al Jazeera, Hamas expressed its readiness in a statement on Wednesday that it is ready to accept a comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza and the release of Palestinian prisoners in exchange for Israeli hostages.
The statement came after US President Donald Trump called on Hamas to release prisoners in Gaza.
It is believed that there are about 48 prisoners in Gaza, of whom 20 are likely to be alive.
According to Al Jazeera, Hamas has strongly criticized Israel, saying that it committed ‘horrific war crimes’ by attacking a house in northern Gaza, in which at least 10 people were martyred.
Hamas has called on the United Nations and the international community to intervene immediately to stop Israel’s genocide in Gaza, as the Israeli army has increased its brutal attacks in Gaza City and other parts of the region.
Meanwhile, Israel has rejected Hamas’ latest offer to end the Gaza war.
The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office statement reiterated Israel’s position that the war in Gaza can end immediately on the terms set by the cabinet, including the release of all Israeli hostages in Gaza and the disarmament of Hamas.
Hamas has agreed to the ceasefire proposals presented by the mediators, but has refused to disarm, saying that this process is possible only when a Palestinian state is established.
