Police suspect murder-suicide after couple's bullet-ridden bodies found in Karachi
Police recovered a 9mm pistol and three bullet casings from the scene


(Web Desk): In Kala Pul, Hazara Colony, Bans Wali Gali, the bullet-ridden bodies of a husband and wife were found inside their home, lying in a pool of blood.
Upon receiving the report of the incident, Defense Police and Rescue volunteers immediately arrived at the scene, and the Crime Scene Unit was promptly called in to gather evidence.
SHO Defense, Ghulam Nabi Afridi, stated that initial investigations suggest that during an argument between the couple, the husband shot and killed his wife, and then shot himself to commit suicide.
He further reported that the police recovered a 9mm pistol and three bullet casings from the scene, which have been seized by the police.
He identified the husband as Raja Saeed and the wife as Sana, with their ages estimated to be between 28 and 32 years. The couple had been married for five years and had no children; the husband worked as a driver.
Police called in the Crime Scene Unit to collect evidence, which has secured the available evidence from the site. Following this, the police shifted the bodies of the husband and wife to Jinnah Hospital for necessary legal proceedings.
