Slain terrorists were involved in various sabotage operations


Quetta: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted a major operation against terrorists in the Aghbarak area of Quetta.
According to the police, during the operation, there was a heavy exchange of fire between the CTD and the terrorists, as a result of which 10 terrorists were killed in the CTD’s retaliatory action.
According to the police spokesperson, the slain terrorists were involved in various sabotage operations and attacks on security forces.
A large quantity of arms and ammunition was also recovered from the terrorists, including modern weapons and explosives.
It is also reported that the terrorists were planning a major operation, but the CTD foiled their plan by carrying out a successful operation on timely intelligence.
According to the authorities, further search operations are underway in the area to completely eliminate any potential threat.
