So far, 2,880 cases of dengue have been confirmed in the province


Peshawar: 32 new patients have been admitted to hospitals in the last 24 hours in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the health department, the number of patients admitted to hospitals has reached 98. The highest number of 21 patients has been admitted to DHQ Hospital Charsadda and MMC Mardan. 11 patients are admitted to Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), 7 to Lady Reading Hospital (LRH), and 5 to Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), the three major hospitals in Peshawar.
17 are admitted to District Headquarters (DHQ) Haripur, 6 to DHQ Bajaur, 3 to Ayub Teaching Hospital (ATH), 5 to Bacha Khan Medical Complex Swabi, and 2 patients are admitted to Mufti Mahmood Memorial Hospital DI Khan.
The number of active dengue cases in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is 276. So far, the highest risk district is Charsadda, where 256 have been reported in September alone.
So far, 2,880 cases of dengue have been confirmed in the province. However, no deaths have been reported due to dengue in the province so far.
