Price of 24-karat gold in the country increased by Rs1,500


Karachi: The price of gold continued to increase across the country today, with the price of per tola gold increasing by Rs1,500 to Rs416,778.
According to the details, the All Sindh Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association said that, like the first day of the business week, the price of gold also increased on the second day, which has taken the price of gold per tola to a new high in history.
The price of 24-karat gold in the country increased by Rs1,500 on Tuesday, after which the price of per tola gold reached a new high of Rs416,778 in history.
It is pertinent to note that on the last day of the last business week, a big increase of Rs5,400 was recorded in the price of 24-karat gold per tola, which took the price to Rs415,278.
The All Sindh Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association said that the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,286, taking the new price to Rs357,319, which yesterday increased by Rs4,629 to Rs356,033.
On the other hand, the price of gold per ounce in the global market is also about to reach the highest level of $4,000 in history.
After an increase of $15 in the international market, the price of gold per ounce has reached $3,955.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of silver has decreased by Rs17 to Rs4,225, while the price of silver per ounce in the global market has reached $48.30.
