He climbed 686 steps in just 12 minutes and 30 seconds

Paris: French cyclist Aurélien Fontenoy stunned the world by setting a new record by riding his bicycle up the Eiffel Tower.
Fontenoy, who is also a popular social media star, is continuing his mission titled "The Climb", in which he ascends some of the world’s most iconic structures using a bicycle. This time, he chose France’s most recognized landmark—the Eiffel Tower—for his latest challenge.
According to reports, Fontenoy did not place his foot on the ground even once during the climb and reached the second floor of the tower, which is the highest point accessible via stairs.
He climbed 686 steps in just 12 minutes and 30 seconds, breaking the previous record set by Hugues Richard in 2002 by a margin of 7 minutes, after 23 years.
The Eiffel Tower administration called Fontenoy’s feat "extraordinary and historic," while his video has gone viral on social media. People are praising his courage, skill, and incredible balance.
Fontenoy stated that this was not just a sport, but a reflection of the French spirit, discipline, and determination.
