Lowest-priced ChatGPT subscription plan introduced in Pakistan
Monthly fee for ChatGPT Go in Pakistan has been set at Rs1,400

OpenAI has launched its lowest-priced subscription plan, ChatGPT Go, in 16 more countries in Asia, including Pakistan.
ChatGPT CEO Nick Turley announced this on the social media platform X (Twitter).
He said that there was a demand from users to make ChatGPT more affordable.
The artificial intelligence (AI) company first introduced ChatGPT Go in India and Indonesia some time ago.
Now, OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Go in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, East Timor, and Vietnam.
According to OpenAI, the aim of introducing ChatGPT Go is to increase the access of users to the company’s new model GPT 5.
In addition to all the features of the free version of this AI chatbot, ChatGPT Go will also have more features, such as taking more pictures, file uploads, advanced data analytics, and other features.
The company said that in addition to this, ChatGPT Go will also have a higher chat and tools limit for users compared to the free version of the AI chatbot.
The monthly fee for ChatGPT Go in Pakistan has been set at Rs1,400 (approximately $5).
In comparison, ChatGPT Plus costs Rs5,700 per month, ChatGPT Pro costs Rs49,900, and the Business plan costs Rs8,499.
ChatGPT has seen a huge growth in usage worldwide since its launch in 2022, with more than 800 million monthly users.
According to OpenAI, in May 2025, AI chatbot usage was 4 times higher in low-income countries than in developed countries.
