Paris: French President Macron has reappointed Sebastien Lecourneau as Prime Minister.
According to a foreign news agency, Sebastien Lecourneau has stated that improving financial discipline is a priority and that we must end France’s political crisis.
It is pertinent to note that Sebastien Lecourneau resigned from the post of Prime Minister a few days ago.
Sebastien Lecourneau has faced severe criticism over the issue of a largely unchanged cabinet.
Notably, President Macron had nominated Lecourneau as Prime Minister last month. Lecourneau is France’s fifth Prime Minister in less than two years.
