PDMA has directed all the relevant departments to stay alert for restoring road links for traffic in case of closure due to landslides

Islamabad: Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued an alert about rains and snowfall over the hills in most parts of the province from today till Monday.
The PDMA has directed all the relevant departments to stay alert for restoring road links for traffic in case of closure due to landslides.
Tourists have been advised to refrain from visiting hilly areas during the forecast period.
The control room of PDMA is operational round the clock and people can access by dialing 1700 in case of any emergency.
