PMD forecasts cold, dry weather in most parts of country

Islamabad: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected over most parts of the country during next twelve hours.

However, cloudy weather with light rain and light snow is likely at isolated places in Gilgit Baltistan, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Murree, Galiyat and surrounding areas.

Islamabad seven degrees centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar nine, Karachi sixteen, Quetta and Gilgit two, Murree minus one and Muzaffarabad five degrees centigrade.

According to the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, cloudy weather with chances of rain and snow is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramula, while partly cloudy weather with chances of rain in Jammu.
