Per tola price reaches Rs523,762 after a decline of Rs3,200

Karachi: Gold prices in Pakistan plunged on Monday in line with their loss in the international market. The per tola price of the yellow metal reached Rs523,762 after a decline of Rs3,200 during the day.
According to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), 10-gram gold was sold at Rs449,041 after it fell by Rs2,743.
On Saturday, the gold price per tola reached Rs526,962 after a gain of Rs7,000 during the day. The international rate of gold declined by $32 to reach $5,010 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs55 to reach Rs8,164 per tola.
