Shehzad Roy looking for children playing music in a viral video
Karachi: Pakistani singer Shehzad Roy is eagerly looking for the children playing music from make-do instruments in a viral video that resurfaced.
The Mukhra singer made his search public for the kid’s on his Twitter account on Wednesday, as he shared the video.
In the clip children are seen having a musical performance with instruments they have made out of ghee cans, drums and sticks.
Please somebody tell me where are these kids,” read the singers post. “I’ll give them all the instruments they need’’, he added.

Numerous fans informed the guitarist, that this is an old video that has resurfaced, further detailing that the children are from Hunza, and would they would have grown up by now.
One user said that this was “Chilipchi band” from his village, and that this is indeed quite an old video. Another commented that,“This is an old video however these kids are from Hyderabad Hunza. I reckon they used to march like a proper band with their self-made instruments on special occasions like 14th august, etc.…”
While some fans found this a great opportunity to propose the idea that Roy should make a music school on the Northern part of the country on behalf of their talent and passion for music. “Everywhere in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral. If you can then please establish a music school in this region (GB +Chitral)’’, the fan continued.
Looks like Shehzad Roy will be dropping by Hunza soon.
