Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has set aside the appeals of the parents of Zahir Jaffer, the main accused in Noor Mukadam’s murder case.
The IHC issued the detailed order over the bail pleas, noting that Zakir Jaffer and Ismat Adamjee had assisted and backed their son in Noor Mukadam’s murder.
As per the court, the parents were aware of the fact that Noor has been held hostage by their son, but still, they didn’t let the police know about this harrowing incident.
The watchman had already told the IHC that he informed Zakir Jaffer about the incident, but he didn’t inform the police.
The IHC has ordered the trial to be completed in two months.
