Cricketer Hassan Ali's wife rejects rumors of 'threats' to family
Lahore: The Pakistan fast bowler Hasan Ali's wife Samiya Arzoo denied reports of threats from Pakistan.
According to details, Hassan Ali's wife has categorically rejected tweets from a fake Twitter account.
Furthermore, Samiya Arzoo took to Instagram to share the screenshot of a fake Twitter account with the handle @SamiyaArzoo and clarified that neither she nor her husband or daughter have received any threat from Pakistani people.
She wrote in an Instagram story, "So many tweets circulating from this fake account that I, Hassan and my daughter are getting threats from the people of Pakistan, which is absolutely wrong". Samiya Arzoo also requested fans to report the fake account, saying, "I am not on Twitter. Please report the accounts claiming to be me".
Pakistan lost the semi-final of the T20 World Cup against Australia on Thursday night, after Hasan Ali's costly mistake in the field that allowed Matthew Wade to secure Australia's thrilling victory. Hassan Ali had dropped Wade off a Shaheen Afridi delivery, which caused many fans to lash out at the cricketer and blame him for Pakistan's defeat.
