Twin explosions heard in the Ugandan capital, Kampala

KAMPALA, Uganda: Twin explosions were heard in the Ugandan capital, Kampala, early Tuesday, witnesses reported.
According to details, two explosions in the centre of Uganda's capital on Tuesday killed at least two people and set several cars on fire.
Initial reports said that one blast happened near a police station and another along a street near the parliamentary building. The blast appeared to target a building housing an insurance company, and the subsequent fire engulfed cars parked outside.
The cause of the blast was not immediately clear. There was no casualties reported yet.
