Maryam terms placing teachers under LBs’ as worst example of ‘incompetence’
Man who destroyed our present; refrain from destroying our future, and pack up and leave

Lahore: Expressing solidarity with the teachers, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz said on Thursday that placing teachers under the supervision of local bodies (LBs) organizations is the worst example of ‘incompetence’.
Taking to twitter, the PML-N vice president assured that she and her party stood by these teachers. She demanded that the government should take back implementation of unconstitutional ordinance act on urgent basis.
Referring to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Maryam Nawaz said, “You, who has destroyed our present; refrain from destroying our future, and pack up and leave.”

On the other hand, Teachers of Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) held a protest against the government decision to put Islamabad’s educational institutions under the Municipal Corporation through Local Government Ordinance 2021.
The protesters manhandled with the security personnel and reached infront of the Parliament by removing the barriers.
They also chanted slogans against the incumbent government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and demanded to withdraw its decision.
