Quoting the report of Transparency International, the opposition leader said that Pakistan’s image got tainted internationally.
Pakistan ranked 140 out of 180 countries — dropping 16 spots over last year — in the newly released Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) by Transparency International (TI), an annual index that ranks countries based on perceptions of public sector corruption.
As per the anti-graft watchdog, Pakistan's score shows that corruption has increased in country as compared to the last year.
