PTI stated that the allegations casted by Abdul Qadir Patel will be dealt under defamation and other laws.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) decided to take legal action against Federal Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel on the issue of former Prime Minister Imran Khan's medical report.
Earlier on Friday, Health Minister Qadir Patel presented the medical report of PTI chief Imran Khan to the media, in which it was revealed that Imran had indiscriminately abused alcohol and cocaine.
While holding a press conference in Karachi, Abdul Qadir Patel said that every document is a public document in a democratic government.
After his arrest, Imran Khan was taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital and a medical board was also formed for his examination, he said.
“Imran Khan walked around with a plaster cast for five to six months, but there is no mention of any fracture in the report,” stated health minister. He questioned if anyone plaster a wound in the muscle?
Patel said that urine samples were also taken, in the preliminary report, toxic substances including alcohol and cocaine abuse were revealed.

According to a statement released by PTI, Imran Khan has approved the action against National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Ministry of Health and doctors of PIMS.
The statement said that the preparations of the legal team under the leadership of Barrister Abuzar Salman Niazi have started, however the allegations casted by Abdul Qadir Patel will be dealt under defamation and other laws.
