CJP says morals of pathans are unparalleled, enmity goes a long way

Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faez Isa Tuesday said that pathans’ morals are unparalleled, however, they run the enmity for a long time.

According to details, during the hearing of the land dispute case, the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, had an interesting conversation with the lawyer.

During the hearing, lawyer Munir Paracha told the court that two brothers had a dispute. On which Chief Justice Qazi Faez said Pathans are the best people.

The Chief Justice while speaking further said: “You will not find as high morals as pathans anywhere”, adding that they just keep on animosity. To which the lawyer replied: “I think I have spoken in the wrong place”. On this occasion, there was laughter in the court.

The Chief Justice looked at the fellow judges and remarked that he does not think there will be consensus on the matter in the bench. We have to stop the usual litigation route.

A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan heard the case related to the land dispute, in which Justice Qazi Faiz Isa had an interesting conversation with the lawyer.
