A budget of Rs80 million has been allocated for this program within the current fiscal year, managed by the Tribal Districts Education Foundation.

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has unveiled a groundbreaking initiative to provide education to children in private schools, funded entirely by the state.
With an allocation of Rs80 million for this year, the Tribal Districts Education Foundation is set to oversee this transformative program.
The provincial Education Department has greenlit a scheme that will cater to the educational needs of children in newly established districts, targeting 4,000 students in the first phase.
Known as the "Sabaon Schools Initiative Program," this venture will commence in seven former tribal districts and six divisions this year, extending its benefits to 1,000 students from kindergarten to fifth grade without any tuition fees.
As per the official document, the government's commitment to this program extends to cover a monthly fee of Rs 2,000 for students from the fifth to eighth grades.
Notably, this initiative is set to launch in areas where government schools are notably absent.
The program will be implemented in various districts, with 4 schools in Bajaur, 3 in Mohmand and Khyber, and 2 each in Orakzai, Karam, and North Waziristan.
These schools under the Sabaon Schools Initiative Program will facilitate students' enrollment in private educational institutions, entirely at the government's expense.
According to the Managing Director of the Tribal Districts Education Foundation, this government-led initiative is poised to offer education to 4,000 students and create job opportunities for 100 young individuals.
In addition to the Rs80 million allocated for the program, a grant of 100,000 rupees will also be disbursed in regions where private schools are not available, making education accessible to all.
