Gaza: A temporary ceasefire agreement has been announced between Israel and Hamas.

It is pertinent to note that more than 14,000 Palestinians have been martyred in the ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, including 5,500 children and many women, while more than 33,000 Palestinian citizens have been injured.

Earlier, in a cabinet meeting chaired by the Israeli Prime Minister, the agreement with Hamas for the release of hostages in Gaza was approved.

According to the Israeli media, the Israeli government has approved the release of Palestinian prisoners and a temporary ceasefire agreement in exchange for the release of 50 people detained by Hamas in Gaza.
