National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman and others have been made parties in both the petitions.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan Tuesday challenged his jail trial in the Tosha Khana and 190 million pounds cases in the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to the details, Imran Khan filed a petition against both orders of the jail trial. It has been appealed in the petition that the notifications of jail trial in both cases be quashed.
The position has been adopted in the application that in the Al-Qadir Trust case, the jail trial notification was issued on November 14, while in the Toshakhana case, the jail trial notification was issued on November 28. Both these notifications are illegal and malicious.
Imran Khan has requested the court to declare the notifications of the jail trial null and void and has asked the court to stay the proceedings of the trial court until the petition is pending.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman and others have been made parties in both the petitions.
