California: Apple has introduced a new iPad mini.
This is the new version of Apple's smallest tablet to be introduced in 2021.
The new iPad Mini features an improved A17 Pro processor and the company says the iPad is 30 percent more powerful than the previous model.
It's the same processor that powered 2023's iPhone 15 Pro, meaning the tiny tablet will also have Apple Intelligence support.
It is pertinent to note that Apple Intelligence is the company's model based on artificial intelligence technology.
The iPad mini has an 8.3-inch display while the Apple Pencil Pro sort is also offered.
Similarly, 128 GB of storage will be available to users while Wi-Fi 6 e-chip and USB-C port will be faster than before.
There are 12-megapixel cameras on both the front and back of the tablet while Touch ID support is also provided so that users can unlock the device with a fingerprint.
The battery of the iPad Mini can last up to 10 hours of continuous video viewing.
The new tablet will be available in various countries from October 23 starting at the price of $499.
