We will sue PTV for airing ‘fake news’ about Junaid Safdar: Marriyum Aurangz

The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has publicized that the party will sue the national broadcasting channel, Pakistan Television (PTV), for erroneously mentioning Junaid Safdar- the son of Maryam Nawaz- in its report on Pandora Box.

“The king of fake news Imran Khan used the state television to run this false news,” says the information secretary of PML-N.
As per sources, lawyers had been directed to pursue legal action against the PTV for airing ‘fake and baseless news.”
She was arrested for an op-ed. Now a judge has ordered her freed.
