Abdul Rashid Godel parts ways with PTI
"Unfortunately, Prime Minister Imran Khan was unable to do anything for Karachi."
Karachi: The wave of change also engulfed Sindh as senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Abdul Rashid Godel has announced to part his ways with the ruling party, GNN reported on Saturday.
According to sources, senior PTI leader and former National Assembly member Abdul Rashid Godel has been inactive and at home for the last one and a half years.
Abdul Rashid Godel said that he has nothing to do with politics so he decided to leave PTI. "I am not leaving PTI to join any other political party. From now on my focus is my business", the former member of the National Assembly added.
The former National Assembly member said that he had joined PTI for development, stability, and solution to problems in Karachi. Unfortunately, Prime Minister Imran Khan was unable to do anything for Karachi. Three groups are working within Tehreek-e-Insaf Sindh, which is harming the party and its workers.
It should be noted that Abdul Rashid Godel had joined PTI in 2018. He has also served as the party's senior vice president
