Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan's televised address to the nation has been postponed, Senator Faisal Javed Khan announced in a tweet.

The Senator didn't mention any specific reason to postpone the address. The premier earlier addressed a ceremony to launch e-Passport in the federal capital and discussed the "threat letter" in detail and conspiracy behind toppling his govenrment.

He said the foreign powers could not tolerate a government that worked for the interest of its people, citing the example of drone attacks. “I have the document (threatening letter) which I will show to the senior journalists today and allies,” PM Imran added.

“It’s a foreign conspiracy and I would show it to the allies so that they do not unknowingly become part of a conspiracy of the country,” he rieterated.
