National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri’s ruling regarding no-trust move cannot be challenged in any court, says Fawad
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Fawad Chaudhry said on Sunday that there is no fear of martial law as everything is happening as per constitution.
While addressing a press conference, Fawad Chaudhry said that National Assembly Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri’s ruling regarding no-trust move cannot be challenged in any court, adding that the deputy speaker’s verdict is final. He further stated that National Assembly speaker have unlimited authority in this context.
While taking a jibe at opposition, the PTI leader questioned why political parties of opponents are afraid of elections? He said President Arif Alvi has dissolved the assemblies and fresh polls will be held within 90 days.
