Referring to a recent statement of the former Chief Justice Mian Saqib about the honesty of Imran Khan, Maryam Nawaz said that he was still uttering the half-truth.

“He had not come out of his home since the day he was booked,” said Maryam Nawaz while referring to the statement of the counsel of Imran Khan before Isamabad High Court that he could not appear before the court due to “disability”.
The person, she said, used to make fun of the illness of others was now making lame excuses.
“I can’t mention the sickness of this man. At least he should speak the truth,” she added, pointing out that Imran and Nawaz both were of the same age but Nawaz never hid himself behind fake illness like plaster.
The PML-N senior vice-president said that Imran Khan had been facing serious cases and he would face he consequences.
“He concealed off-shore company, diamonds, foreign funding accounts, billions of rupees through Thoshakhana and many other things. He also concealed his own daughter from the nation,” said Maryam Nawaz.
Nawaz Sharif, she said, could proudly say that Maryam was his daughter but this person could not saying that Tyrian was his daughter.
“He is such a cursed man as he cannot openly say that Tyrian is his daughter,” she criticized Khan, adding that her father and the PML-N family were there for their accountability but Khan himself escaped accountability.
