He pledged that the armed forces would not tolerate any further attempts to violate the sanctity and security of its installations or vandalism.
The COAS further stated that the army would continue its endeavors of peace and stability and would not allow any spoilers to disrupt the process.
The army chief was also briefed on the prevailing security situation and ongoing counter-terrorism efforts. He appreciated the professional competence, performance, and achievements of law enforcement agencies in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
Gen Munir stressed that a concerted effort was being made by inimical elements to target the armed forces and pledged to foil any such nefarious attempts with the support of the people of Pakistan.
