24 killed, one injured in Afghanistan bus accident
The killed passengers included women and children.
Baghdad: In an unfortunate incident, 24 people were killed while one sustained the injuries when a bus full of passengers met with an accident in Sar-e-pol province of Afghanistan.
According to Afghan media, the killed passengers included women and children, while one person was also injured.
It is pertinent to note that yesterday in Badia— the eastern region of Jordan—nine people were killed, while 13 people were injured in a terrible traffic accident.
According to al-Arabiya.net, the accident occurred as a result of a collision between two transport vehicles, one of which was carrying Syrian workers working in the fields of the area. The accident occurred on the secondary road leading to fields south of Baghdad International Road.
