The US court has set January 10 as the date for sentencing President-elect Donald Trump.
According to a foreign news agency, the US judge has upheld Trump’s indictment in a case related to the falsification of business information and set January 10 as the date for sentencing.
Media reports have indicated that the president-elect is unlikely to be sentenced to prison.
On the other hand, the Republican leader is likely to appeal the court decision against Donald Trump.
It is pertinent to note that Donald Trump will be the first US president to serve as president despite being convicted.
