US to continue technical, developmental engagement with Pakistan

Washington: The Deputy Spokesperson of US Department said US will continue to engage with Pakistan through technical and developmental initiatives.
Addressing a press briefing, Deputy Spokesman Vedant Patel said that Antony Blanken and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari discussed increasing relations through strong trade and investment, US will continue to engage with Pakistan through technical and development initiatives.
The spokesperson added: “All stakeholders including the authorities in Pakistan are asked for freedom of the press”.
He made it clear that there is no plan for any US official to visit Afghanistan. The spokesperson of US State Department also condemned the ongoing human rights violations and treatment of women and girls in Afghanistan.
