Iftar in the month of Ramadan seems incomplete and fragmentary without fritters (Pakoras). Everyone loves to eat Pakoras and a person gets tired of eating the same pakoras every day, but iftar without fritters seems to be missing the main ingredient.

Here's a simple recipe for making Basin Onion Fritters that you'll love to eat at Iftar.
Ingredients
Gram Flour - A Cup
Onion - 2 pieces (Cut Into Slices)
Green Coriander - One Cup (Chopped)
3 Green Peppers (Finely Chopped)
Salt - To Taste
Red Pepper- A Teaspoon (Chopped)
Proven Cumin - A Teaspoon (Fry And Chop)
Proven coriander - a teaspoon (Fry And Chop)
Pomegranate Seeds - A Teaspoon
Baking Soda - A Pinch
Oil - For Frying
Preparation Method
Add onion, green coriander, green chillies, salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander, pomegranate seeds, baking soda and mix in the gram flour and add water and leave for a while. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the Basin mixture in it.
When the fritters are golden brown, serve them with the sauce and ketchup.
