Nawaz Sharif has been in self-imposed exile in London since 2019 when he left on the pretext on seeking medical treatment.
London: Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif is likely to return to the country on October 15.
The choice was taken following two rounds of discussions with the former prime minister in London that were held by PML-N President Shehbaz and other party leaders.
Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan on October 15 as a result during the talks. The conditions and arrangements for the PML-N supremo's return were also addressed at the conference.
Nawaz and Shehbaz had previously agreed to leave the country in the final week of September. Shehbaz Sharif, however, has set a return date for the second week of October.
Moreover, after speaking with Shehbaz and other close family members in London, it has been discovered that Nawaz Sharif made the decision to move back to Pakistan around the middle of October.
Shehbaz Sharif is currently in London to discuss the matters related to his elder brother’s return to Pakistan and the current political situation in the country.
