During the hearing, the prosecutor argued that more than a thousand people were present in Imaan’s rally.


Islamabad: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad Monday granted bail to Ali Wazir and Imaan Mazari in another case.
According to details, ATC Islamabad Judge Abul Hasanat heard the post-arrest bail appeal against Imaan Mazari and Ali Wazir in the case of intimidation, incitement and sedition in which Raja Naveed appeared on behalf of the prosecutor. Mazari's mother Shireen Mazari was also present in the court.
During the hearing, the prosecutor argued that more than a thousand people were present in Imaan’s rally. She said in her speech that the state officers have committed treason, the USB of the speech is yet to come.
In the meantime, the lawyers of Mazari and Wazir made arguments in the court requesting bail, on which the court granted bail to both of them in exchange of Rs30,000 each as surety bond.
It is pertinent to note that earlier, Imaan Mazari was granted bail in the case registered in Tarnol police station, after which her release became possible while Ali Wazir has filed a bail application in the case registered in Tarnol police station.
