Mumbai: Bollywood actress Zeenat Aman urged all women to be financially and economically independent as it empowers them to make sound decisions.
According to Indian media reports, Zeenat Aman while speaking on a chat show said that women should be financially independent, as independence will help them make the right decision for themselves.
The actress stated: “Every woman should be confident and financially independent, it allows them to take control of their own future”.
She added that when women have financial resources and opportunities, they can overcome all obstacles, pursue their passions and take steps to achieve their goals and dreams, thus a woman transforms into a new and better version of herself.
It is pertinent to note that 71-year-old actress started her film journey with a side role in the film ‘Halchal’ in 1971. , then she played the role of a young, forgetful but drug-addicted girl in the film ‘Hare Rama Hare Krishna’ and touched the heights of fame.
