357 cases of conjunctivitis have been reported in Lodhran and Lahore.
Lahore: The Punjab Health Department said that 9401 new cases of conjunctivitis have been reported in the province in 24 hours.
According to the Punjab Health Department, 1,577 cases of conjunctivitis have been reported in Bahawalpur in 24 hours.
In Faisalabad, 1507 cases of conjunctivitis were reported in 24 hours, while in Multan, 761 people were affected in one day.
The Punjab Health Department added that 340 people have been infected in Sheikhupura, 339 in Rahim Yar Khan, 306 in Okara.
Apart from this, 357 cases of conjunctivitis have been reported in Lodhran and Lahore.
On the other hand, schools in Punjab, which were closed to reduce conjunctivitis cases have reopened today (Monday) after four days.
Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Raza Naqvi said that SOPs will be strictly implemented today. Teachers will check the eyes of every child coming to school at the gate.
