Doha: Algerian footballer Yassin Ebrahimi made a powerful statement of solidarity with the Palestinian people during a Qatari league match.

In the video, following a successful goal, Ebrahimi retrieved the Palestinian flag from fans seated near the boundary of the field and proudly waved it in the air.
